- In every email that I send there is a link at the bottom to unsubscribe. If you have outgrown this, find you are no longer interested, or if I've failed to inform/educate/entertain (or any other reason you'd not want to share with me)- Please click that link

- There will be a lot of emails, I'm quite sure. All but the 'welcome' email will be live (I might upload them a few days before but most are written and sent that day or next day).

- Please consider moving me from the spam/promotions folder and/or whitelisting.

- Hit reply now and then to correct me, add to what I have been saying, ask a question, call me names- whatever itch you might have...
